9:30 am - 4:00 pm
(Services are on a walk-in basis. Appointments are available on a limited basis.)

Cosmetology Student Evening Clinic Hours:
Monday - Wednesday
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
(Services are on a walk-in basis. Appointments are available on a limited basis.)

All services are performed by students under the direct supervision of a licensed cosmetology instructor.

Elevator access to the Cosmetology School Clinic is available at the rear entrance of 76 Pleasant Street for our clients who are physically-challenged or have difficulty climbing stairs. For more information, please speak with our receptionist at 413.585.8821.

REGARDING CHILDREN ON THE PREMISES:
To preserve the learning environment for our students and in consideration of all our other clients, as well as for the safety of the children, we ask that you make accommodations for supervision of children prior to your visit. In the event that a child who is accompanied by an adult becomes loud or unruly, we ask the adult leave the premises with the child. We appreciate your cooperation.

REGARDING THE COSMETOLOGY STUDENT CLINIC:
To preserve the learning environment for our students and due to safety concerns and space limitations, only clients actively receiving service(s) may be on the clinic floor. All guests must wait in the reception area. We appreciate your cooperation.

New England Center for Cosmetology Education uses only PAUL MITCHELL professional salon products, which are not tested on animals.

Morning Appointments
Monday – Thursday

Skin Rejuvenation and Age Management
All services performed in the school are geared towards skin rejuvenation and/or age management. Coupled with regular professional treatments, our world-renowned product lines, when used as prescribed, will help produce a healthier, visibly brighter and softer feeling skin.

All services are performed by students under the direct supervision of a licensed esthetics instructor.

APPOINTMENTS: CANCELLATIONS AND LATE POLICY

• The school requires a 12 hour cancellation notice.
• If a client does not show up for their appointment two times consecutively and does not call to notify the school, they will be requested to submit a credit card number to secure another appointment. The client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service should they not show up for their next appointment.
• If a client arrives 20 minutes late or more, the client may have to reschedule due to the appointment time being reassigned or the service may be modified due to time constraints.
